Trail of the Heart


These are 90 minutes in length, held once per week and run for six weeks. Each session is designed to help you understand your own wants and needs. By the end of your six weeks you will find that you are more self-aware, more confident, full of hope and now possess the tools to continue on your path of personal growth.

  • Session Two – Designing and planning your future.
  • Session Three – Finding your potential.
  • Session Four – Uncovering your assets and setting goals.
  • Session Five – Building the desire to achieve your goals.
  • Session Six – Your destiny awaits you!

Bonus: At the end of your session, you are invited to take a walk on our beautiful Tranquility Trail for a bit of earth healing therapy. It’s a chance to absorb the day’s revelations and dwell on the amazing connection you experienced with the horse before your drive home.
